The natural cork surface is smooth and grounding, while the mat itself is thick and supportive, making it comfortable for deeper, more expressive movement. It's become a space that helps me reconnect, breathe a little deeper, and enjoy the simple ritual of stepping onto my mat every day!

This is a beautiful mat. I had actually combed through all the cork mats on Amazon in Dec to find the best one and would say this is the second best. It's one the few extra wide mats that are actually made of cork and natural rubber that has a nice design. I actually bought this mat and another one from a different seller (at similar price point) last year but ended up returning this one after comparing the two- more on that later on.The mat is 5mm thick and unrolls almost completely flat right out of the box. The rubber backing is very grippy is very dense amd grippy, and provides plenty of cushion. This is not your squishy "5mm" mat where your hips and knees still hurt from jabbing through, but a true protective, supportive mat. When you press your face in, it has the faintest scent of sweet corn. Not sure why, but it sure beats inhaling a chemical offgas months after braking in a new synthetic mat.I say this one is the second best on Amazon because while it's gorgeous, the cork layer is quite thin and it's quite an expensive mat. At this price point I would expect something that can last for years. Most the studios around me are hot yogafit with few true yoga classes. If I was just doing real yoga without fear of tearing it, I would have probably kept this one last year. Instead, I ended up sending it back because the other mat had a much thicker layer of cork (even though the design was very sad), so I was absolutely thrilled when this came back to me via Vine. It was meant to be!Bottom line, get this if you want to love your mat. Examine your priorities if you want you want anything else.

First off, I have done Yoga for years now, and I started out by using an old beach towel.At some point, I upgraded to a cheap mat from the dollar store, and several other mats over the years.Eventually got a decent mat from a yoga instructor, which I was still using.Once I got this mat though, oh boy does it knock all of my other mats out of the water!This thing is nice and thick, strudy, doesn't slip on the ground like my others mats tended to do, and is oh so soft!I really wish I had found this mat years ago!Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love my new mat! It looks amazing, while providing me with the best support and comfort for my knees. I love that it’s so easy to care for and smells good, not like plasticity. And, it never gets slippery. The only negative, is it’s heavier than my last mat, butI love it so much, I’ll get use to it quickly. Thank you!

This mat is absolutely amazing! It is thick and comfortable, but not so thick that it is difficult to roll or heavy. It is very easy to wipe down, if needed. It is a really pretty color and design. This is a high-quality mat.

This has weight to it and that’s not a bad thing. I saw a review that said very heavy with nothing else and that’s terrible. The mat is high quality and excellent. Yes it’s heavy and the quality is incredible. I have two of these now and one stays at home and another in my car. The thickness is perfect because when I do yoga, it feels so soft. No matter what angle I’m at i don’t feel my knuckles, bones or any body part going into the floor, I’m truly protected. It’s a beautiful mat and I love the cork so much! I absolutely recommend. It’s a little expensive but it’s also not like the others.

The cork is a little thinner than I expected for the price, but it does feel like really great quality and seems like it’ll last over time. It’s also a bit heavy to carry around for long, so the strap is definitely a nice addition. Overall though, I really do like this yoga mat, getting it has actually motivated me to get up, stretch, and move more. The mandala design is really pretty too and looks just like the picture.

The cork surface on this mat is so much better than my previous cork mat - and much grippier. I like the white design, as well. It makes the mat look more elegant and matches the cork better. I prefer this to my last mat, which had a standard black logo. Really happy with the set of mat and carry strap - that is a nice addition and makes carrying the mat easy.
