Boho Flow products are also available for purchase through Amazon U.S. Any purchase made through Amazon U.S. is subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions, and we encourage you to review those separately.

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1. Shipping Times:
We will make every effort to process and ship your orders promptly. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery times depend on your location. Usual delivery times are between 2-7 business days. However, delivery times may vary, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

Please note: Delivery times may be delayed during peak seasons, such as Black Friday or Christmas.

2.2. Shipping Fees:
Our standard U.S. shipping costs are $9.99. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes will be specified at the time of checkout and may vary depending on location. U.S. orders above $100 receive free shipping.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of a return, unless otherwise specified.

2.3. Fulfillment:
Boho Flows orders are fulfilled through our Amazon Logistics and Fulfillment services. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number, once your items have been shipped.

Please note that different items of your order maybe shipped from different fulfillment centres at different times.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1. Returns:
Please refer to our return policy for returning products purchased on www.bohoflow.co. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all of our products if you meet the eligibility criteria. Please contact us at hello@bohoflow.co to initiate your returns.

3.2. Returns via Amazon U.S.:
If you wish to return a product purchased through Amazon U.S., you must adhere to Amazon’s return policy, which may vary depending on the specific product.
