Boho Flow currently offers shipping to the following regions:

2. Shipping Times

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note the following shipping timelines:

2.1. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

2.2. Dispatch:
Orders are usually dispatched for shipment within 48 hours, depending on product availability.

2.3. Shipping Time:
Once your order has shipped, please allow approximately 3-8 business days for delivery, depending on your location.  

Important Note: The estimated delivery times are from the date of shipment confirmation, not the date of order placement. Please also note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times or postal service delays. Delivery times may also be delayed during peak seasons, such as Black Friday or Christmas. 

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. We offer competitive shipping rates to all our service regions.

3.1. Shipping Fees:
Our standard U.S. shipping costs are $9.99. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes will be specified at the time of checkout and may vary depending on location. U.S. orders above $100 receive free shipping.

4. Fulfillment

4.1. Fulfillment:
Boho Flows orders are fulfilled through our Amazon Logistics and Fulfillment services. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number, once your items have been shipped. 

Please note that different items of your order maybe shipped from different fulfillment centres at different times.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States:

• Canada and Europe: Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

• United Kingdom: Due to changes in international trade, U.K. customers may also be subject to customs duties and VAT upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Boho Flow is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Boho Flow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
