Please note: We currently do not offer free returns. Any postage fee will have to be paid by the returnee.

At any given time, we may have several items available on PRE-ORDER. This means that the item is not currently in stock, but you can already order it and will receive first, once it comes back into stock. 

The approximate date of availability will be noted down in the description of each item. Please note the delivery date is non binding. We reserve the right to change the availability date if necessary.

Cork is naturally antimicrobial and therefore 'self-cleaning'. For a daily cleanse, we recommend wiping down the mat with a wet cloth and letting it air dry.

If you want a deeper cleanse, you can use a water-vinegar solution (50/50) with a few drops of essential oils of your liking. Please note that an over-usage of essential oils might create a film on the mat and make it a little bit slippery.

Please avoid any harsh chemicals or cleaners on your natural cork mat. 

Please avoid prolonged exposure in the direct sunlight.

Please roll up your cork mat somewhat loosely to avoid crinkles and with the cork layer facing out.
