1. Boho Plus Performance Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all of our products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition – including all parts and components.
- Items must be in a re-sellable condition; for yoga mats this means no visible marks, spots, or other damages.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Items purchased at a discount higher than 40%, or items purchased in a “clearance sale” of “final sale”.
- Items with visible damage, marks, or similar.
- Items that are returned partially or without the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@bohoflow.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure that the product is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
If Approved:
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error by Boho Flow.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund within 20 business days, please contact us at support@bohoflow.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if the damage is clearly due to a manufacturing problem. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@bohoflow.com and we will guide you through the process.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours at support@bohoflow.com with photos of the damage. We will check the damages. If approved, we provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled without penalty if the cancellation request is made before the order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may return the item in accordance with our standard return policy.
